Patient Bedside Monitor part of the R.O.kit System Product Family

RRT Tech designed, Engineered and Deployed a medical grade Video Surveillance cart with two-way audio for communications between patients and medical staff.

Working with IT and clinical staff, RRT's engineering team created a flexible design for portable kits as well as anti-ligature behavioral health applications. The kits were designed for easy service, flexible options based on patient needs, and integration with Epic patient software. Over 80 carts and 13 patient rooms are now deployed with additional kits on order.

System Design, Engineering and Implementation of Video Surveillance, Access Control, Emergency Notification, Video Wall and Dispatch displays, & Mass and Strategic Notification.

Back in 2006 the district began a transition from a 1,000 camera analog system to a newly designed and managed IP camera solution. Working in cooperation with School Police leadership, Academic Support, Facilities, and Information Management, the team chose March Networks for their VMS and NVRs and Axis Communications for their cameras. Since the small analog beginnings, the system has evolved to a fully integrated solution with over 10,000 cameras, 400 Paxton access doors, and an Emergency Notification System (Lynx) connected to the School Police dispatch and the local county police 911 Call Center.
